• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

• Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, changes to the delivery address may not always be possible.

2. 💰 Prices & Payments

• All prices displayed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

• Prices may change without prior notice.

• We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, description, or listing errors.

• Orders must be paid using the payment methods available at checkout.

• Any applicable taxes, delivery charges, or other fees will be displayed where applicable.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, descriptions, images, sizes, and other information are accurate.

However:

• Product packaging may occasionally differ from the images shown due to manufacturer packaging updates.

• Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on the customer's screen.

• Fragrance perception, longevity, intensity, and performance can vary from person to person due to individual skin type, environment, application method, and other factors.

4. 📦 Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details are correct.

• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• If a customer is unavailable to receive an order, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply where applicable.

5. 🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and product-safety considerations:

• Opened, sprayed, tested, or used perfumes are generally not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law.

• Eligible returns must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

• Return requests should be submitted within 7 days of delivery, unless a longer period is required by applicable law or marketplace policy.

• A AED 20 return shipping fee may apply to customer-requested returns, including change of mind or incorrect selection, where permitted by applicable law and marketplace policy.

• Returns caused by an incorrect, damaged, or defective product supplied by Orchid Gallery will be handled in accordance with applicable UAE law and marketplace policy.

6. 🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect product:

📞 Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, whenever possible.

📸 Please provide clear photographs/videos of the product, packaging, shipping package, and delivery label.

Customers should keep the original packaging until the matter has been resolved.

7. 💳 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds will generally be made through the original payment method or the applicable marketplace payment system.

Refund eligibility and any applicable charges will be subject to applicable UAE law and marketplace policies.
