We offer delivery across the United Arab Emirates.
Standard UAE Delivery Fee: AED 20
Estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days.
Delivery to remote areas or unexpected circumstances may require additional time.
2. Free Shipping
We offer FREE UAE SHIPPING on orders of AED 500 or more.
Free shipping applies to eligible UAE orders, and available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
3. Saudi Arabia
Delivery Fee: AED 65
Estimated delivery time: 3–8 business days.
Customs, import clearance, or other official procedures may cause additional delays.
4. Oman
Delivery Fee: AED 70
Estimated delivery time: 3–8 business days.
5. Kuwait
Delivery Fee: AED 75
Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days.
6. Egypt
Delivery Fee: AED 285
Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to customs and import clearance procedures.

If you would like delivery to a country not listed above, please contact our customer service team before placing your order to confirm availability and shipping costs.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and other applicable import charges may be the responsibility of the recipient.

11. Delivery Delays
We make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, customs procedures, courier issues, incorrect addresses, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide customers with relevant updates when possible.
12. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us before the order has been shipped.
A 2.5% cancellation fee may apply to prepaid orders, where applicable.
If the order has already been shipped, applicable shipping or return charges may apply.
13. Return After Shipping
If an order is returned after it has been shipped, an applicable AED 25 courier charge may be deducted from the refund.
